What's in this head

i received my results via sms yesterday. the sms of doom...light? and thank you earth, wind, and fire, because i passed. that's right, i made it to year 2. let me just say, it wasnt so much of a joy ride while waiting for that sms to come(oh yeah, i need to buy Jason Mraz's "Waiting For My Rocket To Come". ANNA!).

but thank you god because i PASSED and it's all that matters. hoho.

surprisingly, i actually did better in this semester than the last. my GPA's slightly higher this time round. it's still far away from what's needed to enter a local university, but hey, it's an improvement. plus, are u ready for this...get ready...i actually got an "A" this time.

i know people. scream your lungs out. pull your hair. quick, drop your jaws and stare at me in disbelief!

that's what i did.

done? alright. to make you feel better, i got a D+ for BNT. (ok now you can turn to your friends and say,"yup, that's still her. mmhmm.") I mean, truth is, D+ definitely is a sucky grade. but it also means no supp paper, and for that, i'm thankful.

and i'd have to give huge credit to this person from another class who helped me out with my java. pure genius.

had a huge dinner at a restaurant yesterday because it was my grandmother's 85th birthday. anna and i just crapped alot. alot. it's been a while. that was fun, babe. :) we really should just start speaking in coded languages.

anyhow, it's still the hols and i'm still jobless, but i have this theory. if i cant find a job, i'll at least try to do something meaningful this holiday. taking up courses, doing volunteery work. heck, even drawing. which is why..i'm most probably gonna take up boxercise with my friend! okay before you burst out laughing and start rolling on the ground, let me just say that i think it's gonna be pretty cool! it's something to do, it's new, and it even keeps me fit. so why not?

also, volunteery work. i'm looking for places that just need simple volunteery work. like a child care center, or an old folk's home or something. either that, or some major organization that will bring me to africa to do volunteery work for the people there. sincerely. i'm not trying to play angel. those who know me know that i'm definitely NOT an angel(heh). i just wanna help.

oh yes, of course i stupidly, once again now, stupidly, got myself involved in some school workshop thing. now i have to go back to school next week to help my teacher out. STUPID, arent i?

ho. there i am, wanting to volunteer for organizations and stuffs, and here i am, complaining about being sucked into helping my teacher out at school. oh the irony. oh, me.
