Oscars. It's all about the look, baby.

the Oscars. i loved it.

why? because it had everything Star Awards didnt have. the class, the glamour and the fashion. yeah, that's what i am. judgemental.

here's the difference between the Hollywood actors and the funny mediacorpers.

Oscars: the men showed up in classy tuxedos that really just didnt do anything to them except it made them look smart. and good looking too. their hair, nicely combed back. a little bow at the neck completed the whole look. most of the women showed up in simple yet elegant dresses that sparkled along with their radiant faces. it spelled G-L-A-M-O-U-R.

Star Awards: the men competed with the women to try to look as eccentric as possible. thus, we saw men showing up with hair extensions, or straightened(too much)fringes. different sets of clothes being put together to form an outfit. chains and weird flower brooches dangling on their jackets. scarves coming out from under the jacket? sure. real classy. as for the women, they tried too hard. admittedly, not all of them are like that, but there were those who wore weird little dresses that just didnt spell G-L-A-M-O-U-R, girlfriends.

and there's that touch of class and elegance at the Oscars. for one, no freaky Zoe Tay-auntie behaviour. freeeaaaky.*shudders*

and let me just say that Hilary Swank looked fabulous. and wow, that body. DARN thin people! ugh.
