a typical wednesday afternoon. 8 people were in the lab doing whatever they always did. the door opened and in walked someone. a lecturer. the same one who hasnt exactly been considered an ally around here. "what now?" we thought amongst ourselves.
lecturer: *takes out a big packet of candies* want sweet? come, take some sweets. come. take some. *walks around the lab and offers everyone some sweets before leaving the room*
friend #1: *looks at me in bewilderment* something's wrong.
friend #2: *checks for expiry date*
me: *mouths the word 'Poison'*
friend #4: *perplexed* DONT EAT IT. It's a trick.
ohhh yeeeaah. we're a hard crowd to please.
*pops sweet into mouth*

i only put it in my mouth after friend #4 did it.
and boy. HAZARDOUS i tell you! i choked! and then had a terrible tummyache. then i went to get my stomach pumped.
ok kidding.
it was quite tasty actually. nice and chewy.
besides, we saw other teachers taking them so we figured it should be poison-free.
i uh, ate 2. *whistles*
