someone tossed a burning cigarette out of his/her bedroom window and it landed right in front of my mom as we were walking under the block. yes, it was still lighted. we couldnt make out which level the cigarette came from because the coward had went into hiding before we could spot him/her.
yeah, go smoke your effing inconsiderate singaporean life away, you friggin' pothead. keep hiding.
